The Flower Factory - collection is available exclusively from our Airside, Swords location.
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
We're happy to offer same-day collection, subject to the following order cut-off times:
Orders placed after these times will be prepared for the next available collection slot.
Please note: collection is currently only available from our Airside, Swords location.
If a customer does not arrive within the listed collection hours, The Flower Factory reserves the right to refuse service at that time. The bouquet will be held and made available for collection on the next available day. If the order remains uncollected, no refund will be issued.
Please have your order number or confirmation email ready at the time of collection.
It is the customer's responsibility to select the correct fulfilment option (Collection or Delivery) at checkout. If an order is placed for Collection but delivery was intended, the customer is responsible for collecting the order themselves from Airside, Swords.
The Flower Factory reserves the right to charge both a delivery fee and a bouquet replacement fee where a new bouquet and/or delivery is required due to customer error at checkout.
Collection hours may vary on bank holidays. Please check our website or contact us directly for updated hours.
Same-day collection is not available during peak season (e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas). Walk-ins are welcome during these periods, subject to availability.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any order cancellation or amendment, including changes between Collection and Delivery.
